Description: 231 total living units on this site. We converted 2 1980’s built former offices to 131 high end 2 and 3 bedroom units. We then built 96 townhomes to fill in the rest of the site. On over 18 acres of land, we were able to fully mod the entire parcel to provide high end new units to Springdale, OH
